I am enjoying some rest and relaxation away from the day to day activities of a teacher. However, a teacher’s work is not done in the summer. I am currently getting ready for next school year. “Education can take you anywhere” is the theme for 2012-13. I’m excited about my travel themed decorations. The year will begin with the Rules of the Road for Room 107 and CFA. To review the rules on Wednesday, I have planned a fun scavenger hunt through the school.
Honors students should be busy reading The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkein. Work on your journal assignment which is due the first day of class on Aug. 20, 2012. Here’s a link to the assignment:
