New Semester

Report cards were distributed last Wednesday, January 16th.  I am in the process of putting grades in the computer for the 3rd nine weeks.  Check to make sure you are up to day on assignments: Shakespeare organizer, Shakespeare history crossword, Writing Test, Literary Analysis test, Write Like Shakespeare letters, Act I questions, and bell work for Jan. 14-18.  

We are starting Act II of Romeo and Juliet on Thursday.  Tuesday and Wednesday, we will be participating in the Global Scholar testing.  Please do your best on this test which will be taken online.  Results will be included with other students taking the test during the same two week period in our state and beyond.

Check the class website for copies of some of the assignments if you are missing them.  Enjoy the MLK Holiday!

Back to School

Headed back to school tomorrow.  Some of you did not turn in a poetry packet- hope you have it when we return tomorrow.  Mid-term exams are on Tuesday!  We will be reviewing parts of speech, vocabulary, literary terms etc.  Get ready!
